This was excellent! Thanks so much for making resources like this available. I am especially appreciative of Dr. Hart giving us some of his own biographical information in the story of his journey from evangelical fundamentalism to reformed confessional understandings. I know this is generally frowned upon in academic circles (especially among stogy Presbyterians) but it is fascinating to those of us who find ourselves exploring the same paths. Many of us would be grateful to hear more of his life story in a short article or audio form if he was willing to share it.

My only quibble would be about the variable quality of the audio. It seems that Dr. Hart’s voice goes up and down as he moves to and away from what I can only guess is a stationary microphone. A lavalier mic would make a big improvement if one were available.

    Thank you again.

I second the motion to improve the sound quality somehow. Would be a shame if these excellent lessons were dismissed because of the poor quality.

Thanks for posting this Nick! I enjoyed this lecture and am looking forward to the rest of the series. How many lectures will be in the series, and how often will they be posted?

I believe the series will be 12 or 13 weeks in total. I’ll attempt to produce and post them weekly.
