Audio quality has gotten much better. Thank You. I also appreciated that the question and answer portion was included in this recording. If this will be done again in the future, can you ask Dr. Hart to repeat the questions before he answers them? The only part you can’t hear is the question that is being asked.

I second each of Mark’s comments above, namely (1) good sound quality, (2) appreciate the Q & A, and (3) please repeat the questions.
But I’m really thankful for these lectures, and find them a helpful backdrop to Christianity and Liberalism which I must read again soon!

Over time even a small crack in the caulk can allow enough moisture to penetrate to allow mold, mildew or rot to take hold. With these facts, it became apparent that no matter how great these cabinets looked — I was not going to buy something made of particle board. a) It is pricey depending on whether you might be employing a DIY system or you’re hiring the services of a remodeler.
